Wave 2 Week 1

I have zero motivation to train so I am usually doing required reps and ultra low volume, and worst of all low apetite. Now 5week is over I am hoping to push a little. I usually break PRs on 3week.

Shortly, this week I did 62×5 press, 115×5 squat, 92×5 bench, some band dips, some weigheted pull ups and some db rows.  I will do deadlifts tomorrow.
