I started training using a random program a year ago at my home gym. I did not know what I was doing for a while, than I discovered elitefts.com and Jim Wendler’s 5/3/1. I’m still using that after 7 cycles.
I will be resetting my maxes and re-starting next week. All numbers in this log are in kilos and details are stated as weight x reps x sets.
