<p>Shortly, this week I did 62&#215;5 press, 115&#215;5 squat, 92&#215;5 bench, some band dips, some weigheted pull ups and some db rows.  I will do deadlifts tomorrow.</p>

		<description><![CDATA[My training maxes are 170 deadlift, 70 press, 130 squat, 105 bench. I did not stop training but I have ignored the blog. I intend to keep posting this time.
